Initiate Your Request
Log into your uanvua.com account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
